Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your mirror must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging with all protective materials intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of items are not eligible for return:

Clearance / Sale items

Gift cards

Downloadable products (if applicable)

Any mirror that has been used, installed, or damaged after delivery
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

Items with obvious signs of use

Any mirror not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace mirrors if they arrive defective or damaged during transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [your email address] with images of the damage, and return the mirror to [your physical address].
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be issued.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
